Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed an extra day. If we are experiencing a high volume or delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates 

We offer a selection of rates based on delivery locations and times. These include but are not limited to US Postal, UPS and LTL carriers for palletized shipments. Shipping costs are calculated by order, per pound and per delivery location and is based on the shipping option you select.

Delivery Estimates

You can see the estimated arrival date when choosing the shipping rate during the checkout process. The arrival date can affect the cost of the shipping, so  please review both carefully.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package on the carrier's website.
