Refunds

Refunds can not be issued if products are opened, tampered with or not with their original packaging. Original packaging is needed to determine production and ship dates. Due to taste preferences we can not  refund or replace those that are “not quite to your liking.”

If a customer changes their mind or orders incorrectly, please notify us immediately. Depending on the stage of the order process we may or may not be able to resolve the issue, but we will certainly try.

 

Returns

In compliance with regulations, we are unable to take back any food items. If item(s) arrive damaged, shorted or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please do not return any items, as we will instruct you to the next steps.

Products should only be shipped back to Best in Town Chicken, if you have been instructed by customer service. This would be for unique situations such as a quality issue or recall.
