Buffalo Pizza

Most people have heard of Buffalo Pizza, but have you tried it with Sweet Baby Ray Buffalo Wing Sauce? This sauce is "Amazing in so many recipes" You can also exchange the chicken for shrimp or meatballs. One recipe three menu options.
Ingredients
- 1 Pizza Dough 16"
- 1 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
- 3 Chicken Breast Cooked
- 1/2 cup JS Traditional Sauce
- 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Cut chicken into .75" cube pieces. When complete mix in a bowl the hot sauce and chicken
- Top crust with Blue Cheese Dressing, followed by the hot sauce mixture.
- Spread evenly over the top of the pizza with shredded mozzarella and blue cheese
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden
- Drizzle a little bit of hot sauce across the top as a garnish
