Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower

Add a healthy-ish appetizer to your menu with these buffalo cauliflower bites. Great for vegetarians or those that want an alternative to the traditional buffalo wings. Make it a menu staple or  a weekly special if you are using up ingredents. Either way it is sure to be a success.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Cauliflower Florets
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Jersey Shore Mild Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 oz Blue Cheese Dressing

Method

  • Combine flour, egg and bread crumbs in a bowl
  • Dip caulifower florets in batter
  • Deep fry cauliflower until golden brown
  • Mix JS mild sauce with the melted butter.
  • Pour mixture over cauliflower, evenly coating the pieces
  • Serve with a size of blue cheese
